Originally built as a hunting lodge in the 19th century, this attractive old building now houses 78 bedrooms, a magnificent lounge and a pretty, waterfront restaurant. Rooms at the Fife Arms are comfortable, quiet and en suite. There is a traditional open fireplace in the lounge, which still boasts the coat of arms of the Duke of Fife, who originally built the lodge. The Fife Arms is situated in the village of Braemar, famous for its annual Highland Gathering.
