All of the 30 bedrooms are individual in character with traditional features. The hotel can be traced to1860 but was an Inn before that serving the coastal port at the end of the garden. It boasts fantastic views over the river Ythan to the sea. The sea mouth is home to a large seal colony which is part of the Forvie Nature Reserve.
