Pitlochry is a popular resort with hill walkers and its quaint centre is home to The Strathgarry Restaurant Rooms, which provides accommodation with seven bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms at The Strathgarry take their names from a famous Scottish Whisky, and they offer en-suite facilities plus a colour TV with DVD player. The restaurant has earned an excellent reputation and uses locally produced ingredients for many of its dishes. Pitlochry is a great base to explore Perthshire and a number of attractions are all nearby including Blair Atholl Castle which is well worth a visit.
