Sir James Lithgow, the Glaswegian shipping magnate once owned this charming property. Since it was turned into a hotel, the owners have carefully restored the property, keeping as many of the original features in place, but also adding modern amenities becoming of the 21st Century traveller. All of the staff is trained to a high standard and is happy to assist you where they can.
